raadi ("we", "us", "our") operates raadi.ai — Somalia's verified business directory, helping people find trusted businesses across Somalia. Our platform allows businesses to list their services and enables users to search, discover and contact local businesses.

Information you give us directly

- Business listing information — business name, category, location, phone number, WhatsApp number, website, social media handles, description, and operating hours when you register or claim a listing.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely through WaafiPay or Stripe when you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not store full card or mobile money details on our servers.
- Messages and enquiries — any information you include when you contact us via email or our contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, search queries, time spent, clicks, and general browsing behaviour on our site.
- Device and browser data — browser type, operating system, screen size, and general location (country/city level).
- IP address — used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate geolocation.
- Referral source — how you arrived at our site (e.g. Google, social media, direct).

- Business listing data — contact details you provide for a business listing (phone, WhatsApp, website) are publicly displayed on the raadi directory as intended.
- Service providers — we share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. payment processors, analytics, hosting). These providers are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
